His practice includes a number of large corporate clients and leading financial institutions providing advice on M&A, reinsurance transactions, reinsurance collateral structures, cross border mergers, portfolio transfers for life and non-life products, product structures of mortality and longevity swaps, restructuring of financial institutions and market admission and Solvency II and regulatory matters and dealing with the Dutch regulators. Victor further has a strong background in technology and R&D. His clients include leaders in the semi-conductor, data center and nanotechnology spaces across Europe.
