And we understand how local and international issues affect them. We also collaborate with our global colleagues—working seamlessly across legal disciplines, jurisdictions, and industries—to bring the full power of Hogan Lovells to bear in managing international transactions.
We advise clients on a full spectrum of legal matters, including corporate and finance (M&A, debt, and equity markets), banking and structured finance transactions, and dispute resolution (employment and class actions). We have strong expertise in regulatory compliance, including privacy and cybersecurity, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, and medical devices and technology, especially related to the life sciences and healthcare sector interacting with supervisory authorities throughout the European Union.
Our Amsterdam team is also committed to fostering an inclusive culture and protecting the planet. We focus on gender diversity, ethnic and cultural diversity, inclusion for LGBTQ+ individuals, and more. As just one example, 40% of partners in our office are female. And we work to make the world a better place, partnering with Rewilding Europe to help find solutions to environmental stresses and to promote ecological stability and renewal.
