Laura advises on corporate law, particularly on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, accompanying private equity funds and managers in LBOs and capital development.
Prior to joining us, Laura spent three years at the corporate practice group of an international law firm and worked two years within the corporate department of a French law firm.
Laura studied at Queen Mary University of London and is admitted to the Paris Bar.

Advising the BOURBON Group, a leader in the offshore marine services market, in the landmark restructuring of €3 billion of equity and debt.
Advising TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. in its acquisition of Consolis Rail, the rail division of the Consolis Group, the European leader in prefabricated construction solutions.
