Hogan Lovells advises Aareon on an investment of up to 100 million Euros in Stonal
Led by partners Maximilian Broermann and Paul Leroy as well as counsel Laura Medjoub, an international team of global law firm Hogan Lovells advised Aareon France SAS on the acquisition of a majority stake in the AI-supported proptech Stonal, with the option to acquire the remaining minority stake.
The Aareon Group, based in Mainz, is an established provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry in Europe. With its strategic investment in Stonal, Aareon is strengthening its "Aareon Sustain" product portfolio and further expanding its expertise in the field of AI technology.
Stonal is the leading data management platform for property owners and investors in Europe. Stonal's collaborative, AI-powered platform extracts information from documents and plans that flow into a database. The solution supports decision-making, enabling ESG reporting and investment planning with the aim of increasing returns, improving productivity and preserving value. By partnering with Aareon, Stonal will accelerate its expansion in Europe.
