Michaël Lévy advises on all aspects of real estate law. He has developed a seasoned experience in real estate investments, especially in the acquisition and sale of real estate assets, real estate portfolios and real estate companies relating to all types of assets such as offices, hotels, warehouses or shopping centres.
He has also acquired a strong expertise in creating real estate investment funds and setting up joint-ventures.
He specializes in commercial leases and advises on real estate management and more specifically on the drafting and negotiation of asset and property management agreements and management mandates. His activity also includes construction and development projects.
Finally, his expertise also includes real estate litigation and in particular commercial lease litigation.
Before joining Hogan Lovells in April 2017, as a partner , Michaël was a partner at Bersay & Associés law firm from 2014 to 2017. He was also a co-founding partner of Lawington law firm (2010). Before that, he practiced in the Clifford Chance's Paris real estate department for nine years and for two years as a senior broker with Keops (1999-2001).
