Sophia Jaeger has more than ten years of experience in advising national and international clients in all varieties of corporate and commercial disputes.
She is specialized on corporate litigation disputes and has represented clients in high stake manager liability disputes, where she also covered all D&O insurance related topics, as well as in a wide array of shareholder and joint-venture disputes. Sophia also frequently advises clients in the area of cartel damages and commercial disputes. Furthermore, for many years now she has been handling liability cases in connection with so called cum/ex schemes and similar tax schemes.
