Sarah-Lena Kreutzmann advises on all kinds of contractual matters in the areas of intellectual property law and information technology law. Sarah-Lena has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating license, R&D, technology and outsourcing agreements. She advises technology companies as well as companies from industries as diverse as life sciences, real estate and banking.
Her legal advice further includes counselling on patent, trademark and copyright issues in transactions, both as part of the due diligence process and in subsequent contract negotiations. Sarah-Lena studied law at the Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen and at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICAI-ICADE) in Madrid. While studying law in Tübingen, she also completed the study program General Rhetoric at the Institute for General Rhetoric and gained a Master of Arts degree.
After serving her legal traineeship (Rechtsreferendariat) at the Tübingen District Court and Stuttgart Court of Appeal, Sarah-Lena studied, inter alia, IP law at the University of Cambridge and received a Master of Laws degree.
