AI & Data Compliance - overview on new legal rules

You are invited to the first session of our exciting new series HL Digital Deep Dive!

For HL Digital Deep Dive, we will delve into the legal implications of Artificial Intelligence, Big Data and related digital technologies. Together, we will look at the impact that new laws like the AI Act, the AI Liability Directive, the Data Act or the Data Governance Act have on specific industry sectors such as health, transportation, industrial operations and many others. 

Please join us for the first session on 15 February 2023 which will address AI & Data Compliance - overview on new legal rules.

In particular, we will talk about the legislative aims pursued by the draft AI and Data Act as well as the Data Governance Act and how these regulations relate to one another and the existing legal framework.

HL Digital Deep Dive will take place online every two months. The next sessions will deal with autonomous driving, digital health, digital identities and AI biases. 

The seminar sessions will typically be held in German but written documentation will be in English.
