Miguel Ángel Mateo Simón advises clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters with a particular focus on the energy industry (in both the hydrocarbon and power sectors, including renewables).

Miguel Ángel previously worked as a foreign associate in the Aberdeen office of a multinational firm, where he concentrated on oil and gas upstream projects.

Miguel Ángel has also been a professor of Commercial Law I at the Universidad Anahuac del Sur. In the past he was also an adjunct professor of Commercial Law I and Corporate Law at the University of the Americas, A.C.
