As a disputes partner in the International Insurance practice, Lydia has more than 15 years' experience helping her clients resolve their most complex disputes.
Described by Chambers as “a terrific lawyer who gets the commercial as well as the legal elements” Lydia’s deep understanding of the insurance market coupled with her thoughtful and strategic approach to litigation means she is perfectly placed to help her clients successfully resolve their claims and achieve their commercial objectives.
Lydia’s practice focuses on policyholder and re/insurance disputes across a wide range of insurance classes including: business interruption, professional indemnity, D&O, fidelity/crime, trade credit, property damage, CAR and delay in start-up.
She also has extensive experience handling general commercial disputes, especially complex group/collective actions, as well as regulatory investigations.
Her insurance expertise extends to policy review, design and coverage advice across a broad range of insurance types and classes of business.
