In addition to her legal expertise, Kerstin uses her extensive international network to advise and coordinate international employment law projects, such as staff reductions and the implementation of global policies. Kerstin's exceptional negotiation skills, balanced perspective and pragmatic approach are crucial to the success of such projects. Notably, she is also the first female Office Managing Partner of our Frankfurt office. From 2019 to 2024, Kerstin also led our global employment practice with over 120 dedicated employment lawyers around the world.
