As a senior associate in the Intellectual Property, Media, and Technology group, Angela He advises clients on technology transactions related to the joint development, licensing, acquisition, sale, use, and protection of IP.
Prior to joining the firm, Angela practiced IP litigation, IP enforcement, and marketing law, representing companies ranging from technology giants to startups. During law school, she focused her studies and research on developments in transnational IP and entertainment law, and helped organize the first U.S.-China entertainment law conference co-hosted by the USPTO. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Otis D. Wright, II in the U.S. District Court of California for the Central District. Angela leverages her experience as an IP litigator to anticipate and assess risk in deals and to develop creative approaches to problem-solving.
Before starting her legal career, Angela was a parade performer and dancer in Disneyland’s Main Street parades and stage shows.
