Focusing on national and international tax law, Anne de Kiff advises German and international clients, particularly from the financial industry sector (banks, winding-up agencies, funds and insurance companies) and the real estate sector.
She advises on the structuring and implementation of tax optimized acquisition and financing structures. She also has broad experience in structuring cross-border corporate acquisitions. Anne also advises on the tax aspects of debt and equity capital market transactions and develops new tax answers for capital markets issues.
Anne joined Hogan Lovells in 2014 and is qualified as a lawyer and as a certified tax advisor (Steuerberaterin). She has worked as an associate in the tax department of a big four accounting firm before joining Hogan Lovells.
Representative experience
Advising Erste Abwicklungsanstalt on the acquisition of risk positions and non-strategic business divisions from WestLB (in the amount of approx. €85bn) and issuing of bonds.
Advising FMS Wertmanagement on the acquisition of risk positions and non-strategic business divisions from HRE Group (amount of approx. €173bn).
