Our Board

The Board has overall supervisory responsibility. It oversees and makes recommendations with respect to the management and affairs of both LLPs. It has ultimate responsibility for recommendations on partner-related issues (whilst executive responsibility for strategy, management and operating decisions lies with the CEO and the IMC).
