Curtis Victor advises sponsors of, and investors in, a range of private investment funds, including venture capital, private equity, credit and real estate funds, as well as small business investment companies (SBICs). 

Curtis assists established and first-time fund sponsors with the formation and management of their private investment funds and advises on all aspects of fund formation, maintenance and regulatory compliance, including structuring, governance, and investor relations. He also advises institutions on potential investments in and negotiations with fund sponsors.

During law school, Curtis was a student attorney for the Entrepreneurship Clinic, where he represented local startups. He was also a senior editor for the Michigan Law Review.

Prior to law school, Curtis worked in a finance role at a Fortune 100 company.
