Insights and events
With wide experience in all areas of real estate litigation and dispute resolution, Tim Reid has developed a practice with particular strengths in the fields of leasehold enfranchisement (acting for both landlords and tenants), dilapidations, property related insolvency, party wall disputes and telecoms. Tim advises property investors and managers, commercial landlords and tenants in relation to their property interests throughout England and Wales.
He divides his time between dispute resolution and helping clients to plan their property developments and manage their real estate assets without falling foul of legal rights and constraints including enfranchisement, restrictive covenants and tenants' right-to-buy. Outside the office, Tim is a regular conference speaker, is a qualified Insolvency Technician and is a member of the Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners.
