Paul qualified in 2013 and joined Hogan Lovells in 2015 after previous commercial careers in business management at P&O and prior to that as a partner in an independent firm of surveyors. Before joining the legal profession, Paul's experience instructing and engaging legal services as a client provided a valuable insight into both sides of the advisor to client relationship.
He now deals with all types of real estate transactions for a wide variety of clients and has focussed on electrical energy generation advising in the renewables market on the real estate aspects of wind, solar, anaerobic, battery storage and electric vehicle projects.
His experience with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases and landlord and tenant matters coupled with a commercial background means he is familiar with the motivation and aspirations of his clients.

Advising a renewables portfolio owner on the real estate requirements during the disposal of several in-the-ground solar projects.
