Stefanie Franz advises international and national companies on all areas of German supervisory law and investment law.
Stefanie also advises on regulatory aspects of structuring and introducing new products.
Stefanie advises clients in particular on licensing requirements under the German Banking Act (KWG), the German Investment Firm Act (WpIG) and the German Banking Act (ZAG).
In the area of investment law, Stefanie advises on the structuring of funds and on questions relating to distribution of funds. In particular, Stefanie provides also support with issues related to ESG.
After studying law at the University of Gießen, Stefanie completed her legal traineeship in Frankfurt. She joined Hogan Lovells in 2018 as a research assistant followed by her legal traineeship stations in the Financial Services Regulatory Team.
