With more than ten years of experience, Pierluigi Feliciani navigates international and Italian clients on all aspects of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on venture capital, private equity, complex and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and group reorganizations.
Thanks to his real-world experience, Pierluigi Feliciani stands out for his practical and technical know-how.
Pierluigi counsels clients working in a broad range of industries such as technology, insurance, private capital, financial institutions, automotive, energy and natural resources, consumer and life sciences, and healthcare, on staying in control of the most complex projects. His experience with multi-practice and multi-jurisdiction projects has given him a global reach, that enables him to advise on all types of corporate-related transactions - from the largest to the smallest, whether local, inbound, outbound, or regional cross-border.
While Pierluigi's primary experience lies in advising larger corporations, he has recently gained some experience working with start-ups and venture capital funds. This has given him valuable insight into the unique challenges and opportunities associated with early-stage companies, including issues related to fundraising, talent acquisition, and intellectual property. Pierluigi is passionate about supporting the growth and success of start-ups and is always seeking out new opportunities to apply his skills and experience in this space, regardless of their size or industry.
Alongside valuable colleagues, Pierluigi has provided expert commentary on corporate and commercial-related judgments for "Giustizia Civile", contributing to the development of legal understanding. The collaboration has resulted in insightful and accurate legal analysis of the matters at stake.
In addition to his legal expertise, Pierluigi is also proud to be part of the Italian Blockchain Association and co-founder of the think tank "Trinità dei Monti" based in Rome.
