Philip is a partner in our Infrastructure, Energy, Resources, and Projects (IERP) practice. He has wide experience of all aspects of infrastructure and energy transactions. His principal expertise is in structuring and delivering equity monetisation solutions for infrastructure and energy owners by way of direct and structured sales, fund establishment and transitions and debt and equity financings.

Representative experience

Infracapital in connection with the introduction of KKR as an investor into Zenobē and Infracapital’s strategic partnership with KKR to support the growth of Zenobē.

Astatine Investment Partners on the acquisition of NRG Riverside, a rental provider of specialist waste collection vehicles, from its shareholders, including Palatine Private Equity.

GLIL Infrastructure on its successful bid to acquire a 30% stake in the Intercity Express East Coast Mainline rolling stock project from Hitachi.
