Paulina Przewoznik-Lewinski

Paulina advises Polish and international clients on a wide-range of employment matters. Paulina has extensive experience connected to the employment and dismissal of employees and executives, the drafting and negotiating of non-compete agreements, as well as dealing with matters related to internal regulations. She also provides comprehensive advice concerning the transfer of work establishments. Paulina has also participated in numerous due diligence projects (on both the buy and sell side) in the area of employment law, and has advised on post-transactional employment law activities including the unification of terms of employment and the implementation of employment policies.

Paulina graduated from the faculty of Law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and completed her Postgraduate Studies on Employment Law at the University of Warsaw, as well as Postgraduate Studies on Commercial Law at the Kraków University of Economics. She is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
