As an associate in our Antitrust, Competition and Economic Regulation practice, Juliette advises on all aspects of UK and EU competition law. This includes advising clients on competition law compliance, merger control and foreign direct investment in the UK, EU and elsewhere. She also advises clients on investigations by competition authorities and litigation arising out of allegations of anti-competitive conduct. Her experience includes a secondment to Vodafone.
Representative experience
Representing Vodafone Group and UK in their successful defence of the Phones 4u UK standalone competition claim, and advising Vodafone on transactional and other non-contentious matters.
Acting for a major international bank in relation to an investigation by the European Commission.
Advising Kingfisher and B&Q on UK and international matters.
Advising a global food manufacturer on its commercial and distribution arrangements, dominance issues and general antitrust compliance.
Advising a leading pharmaceutical company on the merger control and FDI aspects of global transactions.
