As a lawyer in the Paris office's Banking and Finance team, Anna Nijaradzé's practice involves advising financial institutions as well as sponsors and borrowers on acquisition finance, leveraged financings (LBO), syndicated loans and debt restructurings, both on local and cross-border transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Anna worked in various international business law firms and corporate and investment banks, which gave her a broader view of corporate finance and its challenges.
Anna Nijaradzé is registered as Avocate à la Cour at the Paris Bar. Before this, she studied business law and obtained a Master's degree in Banking and Finance Law. She then completed her education in business school to acquire further skills in finance, accounting and corporate strategy.
