Restructuring and Special Situations Lawyer Sam Norris joins Hogan Lovells in the London Office
London 3 June 2024 - Hogan Lovells announced today that Sam Norris has joined the firm's Corporate & Finance practice, as a restructuring and special situations partner in the London office.
Norris is a trusted and established practitioner in London and advises debt funds and financial sponsors on a wide-range of event-driven financing transactions and represents the private capital industry on the leveraging of their private equity investments, special situations, distressed investing and other credit opportunities.
