Hogan Lovells partner Kelly Ann Shaw appointed to USMCA Chapter 10 panel roster

Washington, D.C., 23 April 2024 - Kelly Ann Shaw, an International Trade & Investment partner at global law firm Hogan Lovells, has been appointed to the U.S. Trade Representative’s roster of lawyers advising on Chapter 10 disputes related to the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA).
Chapter 10 of the Agreement, which replaced Chapter 19 of the North Atlantic Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) four years ago, provides review and dispute settlement procedures in antidumping and countervailing duty matters for the largest trading relationship in the world.
Shaw is a former Deputy Assistant to the President for International Economic Affairs and Deputy Director of the National Economic Council, as well as a globally-recognized leading expert in the field of international trade. Shaw’s appointment runs from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025.
