Hogan Lovells participates in first Pride Run in Luxembourg
Luxembourg, 2 August 2023 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells participated in the first Luxembourg Pride Run, a sporting and festive event to celebrate diversity and inclusion as part of the Luxembourg Pride Week.
The charity race brought together companies, associations and citizens with the aim of raising money to support LGBTIQ+ associations Rosa Lëtzebuerg and the Centre LGBTIQ+ Cigale in their projects to defend equal rights.
The race was organised by the City of Luxembourg and ING, in partnership with IMS Luxembourg. Participants were given the option to choose between the 5km race (walking or running)– or the 10km race (individual running).
The Hogan Lovells team consisted of associates Martina Benackova, Adèle Rousseau and Mathilde Soetens; trainees Maëlle Kwan and Lorenzo Jung and receptionist Caroline Grigolin.
The Luxembourg Office Managing Partner, Pierre Reuter, commented: “We are very proud of their commitment, which fits perfectly into our strategic priority of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within and outside of our firm. Our Pride+ allies network is an important part of making our firm a place where everyone is being respected and can be themselves.”
