Pierre-Marie's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and private equity, in particular cross-border and complex transactions involving listed and unlisted companies. He assists investment funds, companies and their managers in the disposal of their investments , external growth, strategic alliances or joint-ventures.
With Pierre-Marie's arrival, the Corporate / Private Equity practice is now made up of nearly thirty lawyers, including six partners (Xavier Doumen, Jean-Marc Franceschi, Matthieu Grollemund, Sébastien Gros, Stéphane Huten, Hélène Parent) and five Counsel (Pierre-Marie Boya, Florian Brechon, Arnaud Deparday, Ghina Farah, Paul Leroy).
