Hogan Lovells advises Kommunalkredit Austria AG on a EUR 65 million development bridge financing for Greencells Group's international green energy portfolio

The financing provides Greencells with funds for the further development of its photovoltaic and battery storage project portfolio across Europe and is based on a Borrowing Base approach with an option to increase the overall financing volume to EUR 100 million.
