London, 29 July 2024 – Hogan Lovells has advised Pantheon as lead investor on seeding a new €450m private credit fund, European Middle Market Credit Fund, for SMBC. The cross-practice Hogan Lovells team that represented Pantheon was led by Co-head of our Secondaries practice, Ed Harris, with secondaries senior associate Charlotte Monk, secondaries associate Gilbert Hwani, funds partner Amelia Stawpert, funds senior associate Marco Orsini Jones, funds associate Sadhbh Browne, and tax counsel Natalie Psaila.
