Hogan Lovells advises on the US$515 million IPO of Waaree Energies, one of the largest in the renewables space
Singapore, 4 November 2024 - Global law firm Hogan Lovells advised as US and international counsel on the US$515 million IPO of Waaree Energies, the largest solar module manufacturer in India. Managed by Axis Capital, IIFL Securities, Jefferies, Nomura, SBI Capital Markets, Intensive Fiscal and ITI Capital, it was one of the largest IPOs in the renewables space, receiving the most applications and recording a 70% listing premium.
