Hogan Lovells advises on Pantheon Infrastructure PLC IPO

London, 16 November 2021 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells have advised Pantheon on the IPO of UK investment company Pantheon Infrastructure PLC (PINT), an investment trust managed by the firm focused on infrastructure assets. PINT successfully raised GBP400 million in its London Main Market initial public offering and was oversubscribed. It has a premium listing on the LSE and begins trading today.
Pantheon Infrastructure PLC will make equity and equity-related investments in private infrastructure assets across a diverse range of sectors, including digital infrastructure, renewables & energy, power & utilities and transport and logistics.
