Milan, 4 March 2025 – Global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Invitalia – Agenzia nazionale per l’attrazione degli investimenti e lo sviluppo d’impresa S.p.A. (the National Agency for the Attraction of Investments and Business Development) – in its role as the manager of the Fondo per la salvaguardia dei livelli occupazionali e la prosecuzione dell’attività di impresa (Fund for the Safeguarding of Employment Levels and the Continuation of Business Activities) on its investment in Tecnomeccanica Crevalcore S.p.A., a company specializing in the production of die-cast aluminum components and a subsidiary of Tecnomeccanica S.p.A., an Italian foundry renowned for its high-precision die-cast aluminum components serving the lighting and automotive industries.
