Hogan Lovells advises Dynasty Equity in investment in TMRW Sports

TMRW Sports, which is focused on building a progressive approach to sports, media, and entertainment, was founded by some of the biggest names in golf, including Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, and Mike McCarley. TMRW Sports’ first project is TGL presented by SoFi, a new team golf league that combines advanced tech, live action, and PGA TOUR stars.

The Hogan Lovells team was led by partners Russell Hedman (Denver) and Michael Kuh (New York), senior associate Joseph Erdos (New York), and associate Annie Liu Spencer (Denver).

This transaction builds upon a string of high-profile investment deals in both golf and sports private equity advised by Hogan Lovells’ renowned sports practice.
