Hogan Lovells advises Ares on the financing of Inflexion Private Equity’s strategic minority investment in Baker Tilly Netherlands

London, 27 January 2025 - Led by Banking and Loan Finance partner Francis Booth, global law firm Hogan Lovells has advised Ares Management funds on the financing of Inflexion Private Equity’s strategic minority investment in Baker Tilly Netherlands, a leading accountancy and advisory firm.

Baker Tilly Netherlands is an independent member of Baker Tilly International, one of the 10 largest accountancy and consultancy networks in the world. The Baker Tilly network provides advice and support across tax, advisory, assurance and legal in 141 countries. Inflexion’s investment into Baker Tilly Netherlands will support its growth plans in the region.
