Patrick Miller helps clients wade through the dynamic regulatory framework of U.S. international trade, handling export controls, sanctions, trade remedies, and Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) matters.
Prior to law school, Patrick gained valuable experience in foreign exchange as an intern in the Cultural Office of the Embassy of the State of Kuwait in Washington, D.C. While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Patrick served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of International Law. He also worked as a research assistant to John Norton Moore at the university's Center for National Security Law.
