Marion Fischer specializes in advising social enterprises and non-profit organizations. She focuses on pragmatic solutions to legal issues of all kinds and also leads international pro bono projects across our CE offices.
Marion brings extensive experience in dealing with legal issues in various industry sectors and always tries to provide practicable approaches to enable her clients to carry out their activities in a legally sound manner. Another focus of her work is sustainability and climate protection.
Marion studied law at the University of Passau, Germany, and the Capital University in Columbus, OH, USA. She spent part of her legal traineeship in the legal department of an international film production company in Munich and in Hogan Lovells' Alicante office, where she worked in the field of Community Trademark Law.
Before joining the Responsible Business team full-time, Marion worked as a lawyer in our IPMT practice for over 10 years.
