Yue-Zhen Li advises clients on a range of international trade and investment matters. Leveraging his policy experience and language skills, he helps clients navigate economic sanctions, export controls, trade litigation, customs, foreign investment reviews, and other trade-related issues. 

Yue-Zhen helps clients comply with international trade laws, including the Export Administration Regulations, the sanctions regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, and matters involving the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. He also represents companies in international trade administrative proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Yue-Zhen maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration and environmental matters.
