Laurenz Richter advises and represents national and international clients in complex commercial disputes in pre-litigation settings and in court. He has particular experience with litigation along the supply chain as well as with corporate law disputes and in the context of banking law.
Laurenz studied law at Humboldt University of Berlin and completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Brandenburg. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Bremen with a thesis on contingency fees. He also holds a bachelor's degree in business administration.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Laurenz worked as a trainee lawyer and research assistant at various major national and international law firms.
