Katie Kramer draws on her scientific and research experience to assist our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in developing and bringing their innovative products to the market within the complex FDA regulatory framework.

Katie's practice includes a broad range of regulatory matters, including assisting pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients with product development, responding to agency enforcement activities, and counseling on business transactions. She has specific experience working with clients to identify the impacts the recently enacted Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) may have on the company’s products.

She also maintains an active Pro Bono practice representing veterans and disabled persons seeking benefits and providing legal analysis for initiatives focused on public health and government benefits.

Prior to beginning her legal career, Katie leveraged her degree in biomedical engineering to advise a biopharmaceutical contract manufacturing company on improvements to the company's equipment maintenance procedures in preparation for an FDA inspection.
