Sarah Keller centers her practice on complex commercial litigation, with a focus on regulated industries and antitrust disputes. Sarah comes to Hogan Lovells with extensive experience in higher education and NCAA athletics. A multi-faceted and client-focused problem solver, Sarah supports the Education and Sports and Entertainment groups in addition to her commercial litigation work.
During law school, Sarah participated in the Appellate Advocacy Clinic where she gained valuable appellate experience, including arguing before the Fourth Circuit in a §1983 prisoner civil rights case and drafting an amicus brief in Southwest Airlines v. Saxon, an employment arbitration case. Sarah was an Executive Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and served as a research assistant for the treatise Understanding Sports Law.
Sarah maintains an active pro bono practice focused on gender and reproductive justice, civil rights, and criminal justice.
Prior to law school, Sarah gained significant experience in college student harm prevention programming, including substance abuse, hazing, and sexual assault prevention. Sarah previously worked in Division I athletic administration, served as a Division I coach, and competed internationally as a lightweight rower.
