Julian advises on domestic and cross-border international M&A transactions, primarily in regulated industries. He is regularly involved in sell- and buy-side transactions in the traditional and renewable energy and infrastructure sector, including the structuring and forming of complex joint ventures.
Julian is a Senior Associate working for Hogan Lovells since 2020.
