In the increasingly complex world of financial services, Bob Juelke serves as a trusted adviser to public and private companies navigating the constantly changing business environment.
Having completed numerous deals in the insurance and investment management industries, Bob's mergers and acquisitions practice involves representing both buyers and sellers in a broad range of transactions. In addition, he has handled numerous insurance portfolio transfers through complex reinsurance transactions. On the finance side, he collaborates closely with issuers on public offerings and private placement transactions involving common equity, preferred equity, and debt securities.
Bob is a longtime legal adviser to numerous companies, representing them in connection with their SEC reporting obligations and general corporate governance matters.

Represented an offshore insurance company in the US$282m sale and recapitalization of its U.S. property and casualty business in a transaction that raised US$670m of new equity capital.
