Luke has over 23 years’ experience practising in the UK and Asia as a senior technology lawyer. He has developed and led successful technology practices at his former firms in Singapore and across the APAC region.
Luke provides strategic, commercial advice on all forms of complex technology matters, including blockchain consortia and digital assets, payments and FinTech matters, outsourcing, commercial contracts, cloud computing, content licensing and distribution, data privacy and cybersecurity, with particular focus advising on cross border commercial transactions.
Luke is recognised by Chambers Asia Pacific – TMT International Firms Singapore 2021 with a Band 1 individual ranking for his “outstanding legal expertise”, described as a “market-leading expert who handles a range of technology mandates, from fintech and cybersecurity matters to technology-related transactions”.
