Triple qualified in French, US and UK law, Matt Grollemund is a seasoned corporate lawyer with +20 years of experience in complex and cross-border transactions. He represents private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, public and private corporations, boards of directors and special committees in their most sensitive investments, public and private M&A transactions, IPOs, amicable or  defense against hostile transactions. He is particularly known in the Tech and Healthcare industries, with unparalleled track record in France.

Prior to joining the firm, Matthieu Grollemund was Co-Head of the Paris Corporate Department of an international law firm. He also spent five years as a partner in a US-based global law firm in the New York office.
