Focused on resolving problems typical of national/ international legal traffic and trade, she advises clients on merger control, internal audits, state aid proceedings, cartel investigations and other administrative and/or judicial antitrust proceedings before the European Commission, the Spanish Competition Authority and national Courts of Justice.
Raquel graduated in Law from Universidad de Oviedo in 2014. She gained experience in European Union Competition Law during her Double Master Degree program in Legal Practice and EU Law, jointly conducted by Universidad Carlos III and ISDE School of Legal Practice in Madrid. Prior to joining the competition team, she became engaged in regulated sectors, particularly focused on public procurement, consumer protection, environment, medical devices and other life science sector issues.
