The WorldECR Export Controls and Sanctions Forum 2022

The London portion will be held on October 6th and 7th, with Lourdes Catrain, Aline Doussin and Ajay Kuntamukkala. The Washington, D.C. portion of the event will be hosted at the HL office on October 17th and 18th and Aleksandar Dukic, Lourdes Catrain and Aline Doussin. Each group will be speaking during the session “Russia: sanctions, strategy and risk”. They will discuss the legal requirements to examine key strategic and operational dilemmas faced by companies with operations or a presence of any sort in Russia – i.e., those invested in the country financially, strategically, and in terms of assets – physical, human, and IP.
