NYU Federal Real Estate and Partnerships Tax Conference 2024

Tax partner Steven Schneider will be speaking during NYU’s Federal Real Estate and Partnerships Tax Conference 2024 in two sessions titled Ask the Experts at 1:00 p.m. and Concepts and Context in Partnership Capital Shifts at 1:45 p.m. on 6 June. 

The Ask the Experts session provides an opportunity for the audience to raise tax questions with a panel of leading experts. 

The Concepts and Context in Partnership Capital Shifts panel session will cover the origin of the capital shift concept, the legal developments on the topic, and an analysis of a variety of fact patterns that can raise capital shift concerns.
