Watch the PSD3 proposal webinar – the first instalment in a series of three webinars on the European Commission's June 2023 financial data access and payments package.

We looked at one of the two legislative proposals to improve the functioning of PSD2, a proposed Directive on payment services and electronic money services which focuses on licensing and supervision of payment institutions – so-called PSD3, as well as:

Rationale for and implications of setting out the proposed amendments to PSD2 in two separate legislative acts
Potential impact of the proposed merger of the e-money and payment services regimes on both new and existing payments and e-money firms

Watch the final episode in a series of three webinars on the European Commission’s Payments Package, this one discussing the Proposal for a regulation for a framework for financial data access (FIDA).
