The launch of The Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court (UPC) is the biggest change in European patent law in 50 years. Over the past seven months, our European Patent Litigation team has been at the forefront of the newly established court, gaining first-hand experience across a large number of cases.

We wish to share our experience and learnings with you. This webinar series will focus on how to navigate the UPC system, recent case law and lessons learnt so far.

Participation in our webinars is free of charge. Please note that we will be using Zoom for our webinar. We can provide alternative access. The Zoom details will also provide an option to join by phone should that be required – just let us know.
