Eugenia has assisted many international players in proceedings before the Italian Competition Authority on unfair commercial practices, misleading advertising, unfair terms in the digital and e-commerce fields. Eugenia is also well-versed in trade law and compliance with export control legislation, particularly with regard to dual-use and military items.
Eugenia joined the firm in 2009 after completing an internship at the Italian Competition Authority where she focused on competition law and regulatory matters. She graduated from the LUISS Guido Carli University in both law and economics, and is a lecturer on State aid in the Master’s program ‘Antitrust and Market Regulation’ at the Tor Vergata University in Rome.
